By using AutoMarketScope you agree to these terms. The platform is provided on a subscription basis. All dashboards, alerts, and exports are for informational purposes to support inventory decisions and should not be considered financial advice.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- The service is for business use by licensed auto dealers and industry professionals.
- Misuse of API keys or attempts to reverse engineer scoring models may result in service suspension.
Service Commitments
AutoMarketScope targets 99.5% uptime for production APIs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We reserve the right to update features and scoring methodologies with notice provided through release notes or in-app messaging.
Billing & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us at support@automarketscope.com for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
