Terms of Service

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must ensure uploaded datasets do not contain consumer PII unless you have rights to process it.
• Misuse of API keys or attempts to reverse engineer scoring models may result in service suspension.

Service Commitments

AutoMarketScope targets 99.5% uptime for production APIs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We reserve the right to update features and scoring methodologies with notice provided through release notes or in-app messaging.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled in line with your Master Services Agreement.
